Game-Day Jitters
Sick with the Game-Day jitters? Here's the remedy.
Oh the famous game day. Believe it or not, there are a few takes on game day, and unfortunately, I am afraid that mine might be a super hot take**.
Take 1: Game-day, for many, is a great time to say howdy to all of your friends and then continue to get rowdy.
Take 2: Game-day, for others, is a great time to focus in, don’t be a fool, we are a football school.
Take 3**: Game-day, for me, a stressful activity where you want to be dressed your best, but at times feel like you look incredibly similar to the rest (this is my take).
Did you see what I did there with the rhyming? Ugh, I love a good rhyme. Sorry, focusing back in on the issue at hand, outfits!
I wondered, how could I find the perfect outfit for game-day each week without looking like everyone else? Shop my friends wardrobes, duh. Just kidding, but if they will let you (shoutout to mine, they will (maybe not after this)) then get swapping and check out what you guys can steal (with asking of course) from each other.
Anyways, it is with confidence that I can say my posts do not have enough readers for everyone to show up in the same outfit or have the same style as I do (disclaimer: if you are looking for your personal style, look no further than … (click on Finding Your Personal Style below)).
Okay okay, now time for what all of you actually clicked on this post for… the lookbook. So, for my eager (or not so eager) individuals, I have created a couple ideas below to get the ideas flowing for game-day. For even more inspiration, click the image below for more of my favorite looks!
I wondered, did you really think I would leave out the overalls? Don’t worry, here they are. Obviously, if you know me, you know I am obsessed with overalls, so here are my OVERALL favorite game-day looks (I know, I should really stop with the corny jokes, but what can I say except for blame it on my hometown)!
